Tuna Casserole

Yield: 8 - 10 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in plenty of boiling, salted water until just tender.
  2. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, blend in flour, salt and mustard.
  3. Ada milk.
  4. Cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Blend in worcestershire sauce, tabasco, flaked tuna, pimiento, parsley, olives, and cheese.
  6. Mix with cooked noodles: and turn into a greased 3-quart casserole, top with buttered crumbs.
  7. Bake one hour in moderate oven, 360 degrees.
