A Broiled Breakfast

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Arrange the slices of bacon on the broiler rack.
  2. Place in the broiler so that the meat is three inches from the heat.
  3. When the bacon is ready to turn, remove the rack and drop eggs into the bacon drippings which have collected in the broiler pan.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange the slices of bread beside the bacon and return to broiler to finish the bacon, toast the bread and cook the eggs.
