Grapefruit Cocktail

Directions

  1. Peel the grapefruit and press the pulp through a sieve.
  2. Slice the bananas and pineapple thinly and add to the grapefruit puree, put into glasses, sprinkle with sugar and pour the sherry over.
  3. Decorate each with a strawberry or cherry, and stand the glasses on ice for about an hour before serving,.
