Grapefruit Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- castor sugar
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 small tin pineapple
- strawberries, or cherries
- ice, chips
Directions
- Peel the grapefruit and press the pulp through a sieve.
- Slice the bananas and pineapple thinly and add to the grapefruit puree, put into glasses, sprinkle with sugar and pour the sherry over.
- Decorate each with a strawberry or cherry, and stand the glasses on ice for about an hour before serving,.
