Cheese Cake Pie
Ingredients
- 5 cents cottage cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 lemon, juice and rind
- 3 eggs, (yolks and whites beaten separately)
- 1 tablespoon cream
- sugar
- pinch salt
- cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, sweeten to taste and add a pinch of salt.
- Dust a little ground cinnamon on top just before putting into the oven.
- Use one crust only.
