Cheese Cake Pie

Ingredients

  • 5 cents cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 lemon, juice and rind
  • 3 eggs, (yolks and whites beaten separately)
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • sugar
  • pinch salt
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, sweeten to taste and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Dust a little ground cinnamon on top just before putting into the oven.
  3. Use one crust only.
