Curry Envelopes

Directions

  1. Roll out the pastry thinly and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  2. Mix the cooked rice, curry sauce and chopped egg together, and place a little in the centre of each pastry square.
  3. Moisten two sides of the pastry with water, and fold the comers into the centre to form an envelope.
  4. Brush over with beaten egg, and bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
