Seed Wafers or Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter, creamed, 1/2 cup
  • 4 eggs, beaten light
  • flour enough for soft dough

Directions

  1. Roll out and cut dough.
  2. Brush over with white of an egg, and sift sugar over.
  3. Add 1 ounce caraway seeds if desired.
