Crab Meat Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup flaked crab, meat
- salt
- 1 cup diced celery
- paprika
- 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
- bread, rolls, buttered
- mayonnaise
Directions
- Blend crab meat, celery, egg, and mayonnaise, adding seasoning to taste.
- Cut rolls lengthwise, remove part of bread, butter and fill with salad.
- Serve on crisp lettuce with sliced dill pickle.
