Polevka z Zitnym Chlebem (Soup with Rye Bread)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the cubed bread in a shallow pan and brown in a hot oven.
  2. Put the bread in a kettle and pour the beef soup over it.
  3. Add: pepper, onion, garlic, and caraway seed.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil.
  5. Add chopped parsley leaves.
  6. Drop eggs into the boiling soup, mixing them into the soup with a fork.
  7. When the eggs are boiled, serve.
