Home-made Pate de Foie Gras for Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 calves' liver, boiled and grated fine
  • 2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon red pepper, or paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt, to taste
  • onion, grated in
  • 1 calves' tongue, boiled, cut fine
  • 1 can mushrooms, cooked and cut fine

Directions

  1. Chop and mix all together.
  2. Put in a bowl and place on ice.
