Home-made Pate de Foie Gras for Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 calves' liver, boiled and grated fine
- 2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon red pepper, or paprika
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt, to taste
- onion, grated in
- 1 calves' tongue, boiled, cut fine
- 1 can mushrooms, cooked and cut fine
Directions
- Chop and mix all together.
- Put in a bowl and place on ice.
