Yield: 12 two-inch muffins



  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine the beaten egg, liouid, and melted fat.
  3. Add to the dry ingredients all e.
  4. T once; stir just enough to moisten and give the mixture a rough appearance.
  5. Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full.
  6. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
