Veal Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pound veal, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon summer savory
  • butter, size of egg
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 butter crackers, pounded fine

Directions

  1. Mix with hands to a loaf.
  2. Bake this 2 hours and baste with water occasionally.
  3. Shake crumbs on top, and butter.
