Turron de Fresa
Ingredients
- 500 gram strawberries
- 500 gram sugar
- 4 egg whites
Directions
- Place in a casserole or an electric mixer the sugar, the slightly mashed strawberries, and the beaten egg whites.
- Beat together until foamy and firm consistency.
- Place for a time in the refrigerator to get cold.
