Tomato Jelly

Yield: 6 servings



  1. Simmer tomatoes, water, sugar, bay leaf, cloves, and salt for ten minutes.
  2. Strain.
  3. Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons cold water, and add the hot vegetable mixture.
  4. Pour into small wet moulds.
  5. Chill for two hours and serve with salad dressing.
