Spinach Filling For Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 pound raw spinach, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Make a recipe of noodle dough.
  2. Steam and brown the spinach in melted butter.
  3. Add the eggs, 1 cup of dry bread crumbs and the seasoning.
  4. Mix well, spoon mixture on noodle dough squares and proceed as for meat filling.
