Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat egg white stiff.
  2. Reduce shellbark kernels to a flour by enclosing in a bag, putting on board, and pounding with potato masher.
  3. Drop the mixture from teaspoon 0:1 greased pan—be sure to allow a good space between—and bake till yellow brown.
  4. After taking from oven, allow to set about one minute.
