Seven-Minute Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon flour
  • 2 cup chopped cabbage
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the milk to boiling.
  2. Add butter and the cabbage.
  3. Cook seven minutes.
  4. Thicken with the flour, mixed with a little cold water.
