  1. Cook as for mashed potatoes, using a ricer or strainer to remove lumps.
  2. Omit milk and add yolk of i egg.
  3. Shape into cases and brown in hot oven.
  4. Cases may be filled with creamed meat, fish, or eggs or with scrambled eggs.
  5. This mixture may also be shaped into cones or balls and browned.
