Orange Ice



  1. Boil water and sugar together ten minutes.
  2. Add gelatine which has been softened with two tablespoons of cold water.
  3. Allow mixture to cool on ice.
  4. Add beaten whites of eggs, the grated orange rind, the juice of the orange and the juice of the lemon.
  5. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
