Mrs L's Lemon Butter
Ingredients
- 2 lemons, juice and rind
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Beat eggs and sugar together, add butter and lemons.
- Boil five minutes, stirring all the time.
