Liver Loaf

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wipe liver.
  2. Cut into slices, then put through a food chopper with the onion (liver may be purchased already ground).
  3. Add finely chopped parsley, salt, eggs, ‘milk and crumbs.
  4. Blend thoroughly.
  5. Pour into well greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven (350f) until thoroughly set, about 45 minutes.
