Lefse
Ingredients
- 6 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- salt
Directions
- Boil salted potatoes, mash fine, and put them through a sieve.
- When cool, add flour and work well into potatoes.
- Take a small amount of dough and roll out on a pastry sheet until thin.
- Bake on top of stove or lefse plate until light brown on both sides.
- Use moderate heat.
