Jaterni Knedliky s Polevkou (Liver Dumpling Soup)

Ingredients

  • 1 beef, or ribs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 -2 stalk celery

Directions

  1. Cook beef as for soup with salt for one hour.
  2. Add carrot, onion, and celery and continue cooking.
  3. When meat is cooked, remove meat and vegetables and strain the soup.
  4. Then drop the dumpling batter into the boiling broth, a teaspoon at a time.
  5. Cook until dumplings are cooked through.
