Hot Chocolate

Yield: 3 cups



  1. Cook chocolate, sugar and water until a thin custard is formed.
  2. Add milk gradually and bring to a boil whip with an egg beater, as this breaks up the albumin found in choco- late, and prevents the coating from forming over the top.
  3. Add vanilla and marshmallows.
  4. Allow to stand a moment and pour into the cups.
