Directions

  1. Cut up the lettuces and onions and put them, with the meat, fat and seasoning, into a stewpan with the water.
  2. Simmer gently for half an hour.
  3. Boil the peas separately and mix them with the rest.
  4. Serve hot, emptying it into the middle of a good dish of potatoes.
