Fiskegretening (Fish Souffle)



  1. Boil fish a little with cut up cauliflower, salt and a little nutmeg.
  2. Drain.
  3. Beat egg yolks.
  4. Add all together.
  5. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the mix.
  6. Put a few bread crumbs on top and bake til brown.
  7. Serve with melted butter in which you put chopped parsley and chives.
