Devils on Horseback
Ingredients
- 6 stewed prunes
- 3 rashers of streaky bacon
- 6 salted almonds
- a little made mustard
- chutney
- buttered toast
Directions
- Stone the prunes and place an almond and some chutney in each.
- Spread out the bacon rashers and cut in halves, spread a little mustard on each and roll a prune tightly in it, place on a skewer and grill.
- Place the "devils" on toast oblongs, and serve hot.
