Cranberry Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Cook berries with the water for 15 min.
  2. Strain, rubbing as much as possible through sieve, add sugar, cook 5 minutes, and pour into a mold or glasses.
