Cheese Pastry
Ingredients
- 2 ounce flour
- 1 1/2 ounce finely grated cheese
- seasoning
- 1 1/2 ounce butter, or margarine
- a little egg yolk
- cold water
Directions
- Sieve the flour and seasoning into a basin and rub in the fat.
- Add the cheese, and mix to a stiff dough with the egg yolk and cold water.
- Use as required.
