Cheese Pastry

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce flour
  • 1 1/2 ounce finely grated cheese
  • seasoning
  • 1 1/2 ounce butter, or margarine
  • a little egg yolk
  • cold water

Directions

  1. Sieve the flour and seasoning into a basin and rub in the fat.
  2. Add the cheese, and mix to a stiff dough with the egg yolk and cold water.
  3. Use as required.
