Breaded Veal Cutlet

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dip meat in buttermilk; coat with crumbs.
  2. Chill several hours.
  3. Heat fat in 10-inch skillet.
  4. Brown meat on both sides.
  5. Add tomato juice.
  6. Cover; simmer 1 hour or until tender.
  7. Add more tomato juice if meat becomes dry during cooking.
  8. Make pan gravy, if desired.
