Baked Potatoes



  1. Choose potatoes of uniform size, wash and scrub.
  2. Put into a pan and bake in a moderate oven until soft.
  3. Allow 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
  4. Prick with a fork, to let steam escape and make potatoes dry and mealy.
  5. Cover with a cloth until ready to serve.
