Baked Clam in Shell

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mince clam fine.
  2. Add unbeaten egg and finely chopped bread crumbs.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stir mixture with fork.
  6. Place in clam shells and bake in hot oven until brown.
  7. Serve hot with tartar sauce.
