Sweet Potato Puff

Yield: 50 one-half cup servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scrub sweet potatoes.
  2. Boil in jackets until tender.
  3. Peel and mash.
  4. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. Beat until creamy.
  6. Pile lightly into a greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven (400f) until brown.
