Shorpa Ads (Lentil Soup)

Directions

  1. Wash lentils thoroughly.
  2. Add water, garlic, onion and carrot to lentils, and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes and add the cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Put in the blender for 2 minutes.
  4. Add butter; simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve.
