Saba's Passover Noodles

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Drop a few drops of oil into a small pan (a crepe pan or other non-coated pan works well).
  3. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan.
  4. Tilt the pan to cover.
  5. Turn the crepe over and watch that it does not burn.
  6. Remove the crepe and lay it on a plate.
  7. Stir the mixture occasionally.
  8. Continue to make the crepes.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Roll the crepes and cut thin slices.
  11. Unroll or "fluff" the slices into thin long noodles.
  12. Place in a covered dish.
  13. Refrigerate if not served on the same day.
