Rice Pudding

Yield: 50 1/2-cup servings

Directions

  1. Wash rice.
  2. Add milk and water and cook over boiling water 1 hour.
  3. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and flavoring.
  4. Pour into well buttered shallow baking pans.
  5. Bake in a slow oven (325f) 1 hour.
  6. Raisins that have been thoroughly washed may be added just before pouring rice into baking dish.
