Rhubarb Pie

Directions

  1. Cut rhubarb into small pieces and arrange in an unbaked pie shell.
  2. Combine the sugar and flour, add egg yolks and lemon juice.
  3. Stir into a smooth paste.
  4. Pour this mixture over rhubarb.
  5. Cover with meringue made from the egg white.
  6. Bake in a hot oven (425F) for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to (325F) and bake for 30 minutes.
