Parker House Dressing

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat the yolks of the eggs with the salt, sugar, pepper and mustard ; add the oil slowly, then the vinegar.
  2. Beat the whites of the eggs to a stiff froth, adding them last.
  3. Put all in a large bowl and set it over a boiling kettle to thicken, stirring it frequently to make it smooth.
  4. Remove it from the heat before it becomes too thick.
  5. Used for lettuce, cold meats, tomatoes sliced, potato salad, etc.
