Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water.
  2. Peel and dice.
  3. Add vinegar and seasonings.
  4. Fry bacon until crisp.
  5. Cook eggs 4 minutes.
  6. Combine potatoes, bacon, 2 tablespoon bacon fat, soft-cooked eggs, and chopped onions.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Serve hot salad on a bed of lettuce with big frankfurters.
