Grapenuts Pudding

Yield: 44 one-half cup servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak grapenuts in a little water.
  2. Beat egg yolks, add sugar, raisins, milk and water.
  3. Cook over boiling water until thickened.
  4. Pour into custard cups or a shallow baking pan.
  5. Cover with meringue.
  6. Brown in a slow oven (325f).
