Grapefruit and Crab Cocktail

Ingredients

2 grapefruits
8 cooked asparagus, tips
2 tablespoon crab meat
seasoning
2 tablespoon salad oil
4 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
chopped parsley

Directions

Cut the grapefruits in half, carefully remove the flesh, chop and place in the skins or in glasses.
Mix the asparagus with the oil, lemon juice and seasoning, pile on the grapefruit, and top each with a little crab.
To decorate, put 1 teaspoon mayonnaise on each portion, and garnish with parsley,.
