Fruit Whip II

Yield: 50 1/2-cup servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chill milk thoroughly and whip until stiff.
  2. Add lemon juice and whip until very stiff.
  3. Fold in cold fruit pulp.
  4. Serve cold.
  5. Fruit whip may be frozen in either the trays of an automatic refrigerator or packed in a mold and frozen with a 1:3 salt-ice mixture.
  6. Apple sauce may be used in this whip.
