Directions

  1. Boil potatoes in jackets.
  2. Skin and mash.
  3. Potatoes may be hot or cold.
  4. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
  5. Shape into small flat cakes and fry in hot fat until crusty and brown on both sides.
