Cream of Carrot Soup

Yield: 50 one cup servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook chopped onions slowly in turner 5 minutes, without browning.
  2. Add crumbs, broth, salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Add carrots and milk.
  5. Reheat and serve at once.
  6. Raw carrots may be put through food chopper or grated and cooked with the onions in the water or broth.
