Cornstarch Pudding

Yield: 60 1/2-cup servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend cornstarch, sugar and salt with enough of the water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Scald remaining water and milk, being careful not to scorch it.
  3. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Cover and cook 20 minutes longer over boiling water.
  5. Cool.
  6. Add vanilla.
  7. May be served with raspberry or strawberry sauce.
