Cole Slaw II

Yield: 50 one-half cup servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add salt and sugar to cabbage.
  2. Let stand an hour in a cold place, then drain well.
  3. Combine lemon juice or vinegar with milk, pour on cabbage and toss together with two forks until thoroughly blended.
  4. Keep cold until ready to serve.
  5. Shredded lettuce may be used in place of cabbage.
