Coffee

Yield: 4 cups

Directions

  1. Scald the coffee pot, add the coffee, cold water and egg- white.
  2. Mix thoroughly, add the boiling water.
  3. Boil two minutes.
  4. Allow to stand in the pot one minute.
  5. Serve.
