Cabbage, Sweet And Sour

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Shred cabbage rather finely.
  2. Put in sauce pan and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cover pan and place over low heat and steam until tender.
  4. Beat the egg, add the vinegar, sugar and salt and pour over the steamed cabbage.
  5. Heat five minutes and serve at once.
